Description: A mysterious man imbued with the power of darkness. His powers seem to control him, urging him to do villainous deeds... namely of the destructive sort.

Though often seen doing damage to the city, the Masked Malice is--as his name suggests--never seen without his mask. He never takes it off for anyone, not even other villains... which makes him all the more enigmatic. Who is Malice behind the mask?
